Ingredients
- 2 volumes of mead
- 2 volumes of kirsh
- 1 volume of gin
- 2,5 volumes of grapefruit juice
- 2,5 volumes of orange juice
Procedure
Mix the ingredients in the shaker with ice, the pour into a Highball glass.

- water
- mead
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp of honey
Procedure
Boil water and pour in a cup with mead. Add honey and lemon. I let you choose the proportions you like best.

- 1/3 mead
- 1/3 white rum
- 1/3 sugar syrup
Procedure
Pour the ingredients on ice (directly in Highball glasses.)

- about 6 volumes dry or semi-sweet mead
- 1 volume crème de cassis
Procedure
Pour the crème de cassis into a Champagne glass then add mead.

- 3/4 volume chestnut liqueur
- 1/2 volume crème de myrtille
- 1/4 volume Drambuie
- 1 c. c. praline powder
- 1 c. c. cinnamon
Procedure
Mix the ingredients in the shaker with ice, the pour into glasses with a pinch of cinnamon.
